When everything you love comes to an end

yes...reading fellow exco's blogs and the shared exco blog we have, memories just came flooding back. i know i haven't been the most committed one, i might not have many shared memories with the other 11 of you, i might not have been the best person to work with...but every single moment and second shared with you guys were worthwhile. the things we accomplished together as exco 0607 were things that we never thought we could. each time we look back we would smile and reminise the great times we had. all the screamings we did together when we were stressed, the bitchings about certain teachers, the mad rush before each event to make sure everything's in place, the countless rehearsels we had to go through before an event...all these make my life as a councillor, as an exco complete. now it's just 3 more days when we officially pass the baton on to the bext batch of exco. no matter how much we hate to do so, we got to do it. everything comes to an end. this is just one of those little things we have to learn to let go. but no matter what, each and every individual of exco 0607 will be an important part of my life.

i've just realise that everything i love will come to an end sometime in term 2. like council invest is just this tuesday. and the coming thursday's enterprise meeting wud be my official last. even if the sec 4s do come back after that, we are no longer the committee of i&e. we will only go back to complete our last project. and then we will disappear for good. ahh....this is so depressing. i'll do a proper post for i&e when thursday comes round. in the meantime i'll start reflecting about the short 1 yr as the CEO and how much i've grown in i&e since those carefree sec 1 days to those stressful-yet-happy sec 4 days.

if i carry on i might just start tearing.
