ok. so the house has been so quiet these 2 days i really can't stand it. As mentioned, everyone is away at bintan under the glorious sun and all while i'm at home with my gran and maid. Not that i'm complaining since it's the perfect time for me to get out of the house and do some shopping. but no...i've been a good girl STILL struggling to complete holiday assignment. but fret not. it'll be done by tmr. (it better be!) anyhows, i really miss having my family around now. to think that i use to hate the fact that i've got a big family (if you count have 7 ppl under one roof as big). i use to hate the noise and all. but now when like half the family is away, the whole 3 storeys seem so empty...and quiet. like i can even hear a pin drop. oh man. come back quickly you guys!

and on top of tackling with my hw (which i'm pretty satisfied at the amt i did this week), i was rather hooked on online shopping and reading blogs to do with baking and all. it's really fun! i've spotted a bag which i want to get. but i guess i've got to wait till mum comes back and see if she's willing to pay for it. \= and i hope to get my hands down to do some baking soon! it's been so long since i last baked. and i've found some really interesting recipes i'm itching to try. so maybe next week i'll do some. (= and if i'm meeting you next week (looks at pearlyn), do cross your fingers that i can manage to get some baking done and it turns out nice. Then maybe i'll be sharing with those i'm meeting. hehe. cant wait can't wait! to think baking used to be my primary school passion until lower sec when time was just something which kept me back. hopefully i can manage to get some baking done for teacher's day as well. i don't want to break the 'tradition' of baking since sec 1. but this yr is gonna be a lot more difficult with prelims round the corner.

this is weird. but i have a craving for hawker fare right now. somehow hawker food is really nice to eat! (if you minus away the non air-con surroundings and not consider the unhygenic cooking) maybe it's too much fastfood and 'expensive' cafe food i've been having for the hols.
