when you said everything would be fine, i really believed. with all my heart

school started off great today. cuz i came into class and found a huge plastic bag on my table. i was like shouting "ehh...who's one arh? why put on my table?" then sandra told me it was a present from in-y. i was so shocked. didn't expected something like what she gave. tho she told me she would be giving me something. thanks a million and i really really appreciate it. thanks for all the time and effort put into it! seriously...touched me...(esp it's not like u to do sucha thing right?) yups...i'll put up a picture of it once i stop feeling lazy. hahas. it's basically a wooden model which u gotta piece together. it's really hard and tedious work. thanks!

other than that, school was boring with a capital B. post exams is always a waste of time. inter-house games in the morning. didn't play cuz was talking to ms tan in the hall...then waste time here and there. went off for NE quiz soon after. for once such NE quizes are rather fun. some nation building rubbish. but entertaining enough. hahas.then recess. and the rest of the day was boring boring boring. just sat in the hall and stoned like there's no tomorrow. STD talk was v v boring i kinda slept at the end.

learning journey in the afternoon. sat with hani in the bus and she's sucha camwhore! but we did have fun and she has alot of silly pictures of me and her in her hp. we went to URA, marina bay and toa payoh hdb hub. i would say the most interesting one was the marina bay. i've always loved the place. and i can hardly imagine how the place would transform over the next few years into the bustling IR, with the Singapore Flyer and everything else. it's so cool i'm gonna spend time at the city garden thingy to study for my A levels or even the uni exams (if i get to that point in life successfully)and i'm so gonna sit the Singapore Flyer once it done. that's a promise. i don't care how expensive it is, but it would be ridiculous if you're a singaporean yet have never sat on sucha iconic 'thing'. it would be a joke man. just like how some singaporeans have never been to the Zoo, or Sentosa or whereever. (i'm not directing anyone here. i just find it a pity) it's like ppl from overseas come all the way here to visit these places, yet as a singaporean we don't even know our country well. it's a disgrace to me...=\ well..i'm sorry if i offend anyone. but i'm just saying things generally cuz i've noticed q a few like that. yup..so do take the time and know singapore better.

and then off to clarke quay to celebrate ms tan's birthday! she has been torturing me the entire day about how we managed to send a birthday card right to her house. she was freaking out about how we managed to get her address and all. it's really scary when she keeps insisting u tell her sth. and it makes u feel guilty. and yea...so shopped abit and all at the new central shopping center or sth before heading to riverside restaurant for dinner. there was so much food we hardly finished half. talk all sorts of rubbish as usual. and it was so much easier changing topics with so many ppl arnd whenever ms tan starts probing about how we got our hands on her address. yups. so it's the rubbish talks and all that's fun. (= like i've said for the umpteemth time, enterprise is one of the very rare things that makes me happy. and when i say happy i refer to the real and genuine happiness. and not the kinda material happiness when we get something we like etc.

then we proceeded for plan no 2. which is to take a stroll along the river and suddenly surprise ms tan with her birthday cake. it was rather successful yet unsuccessful. successful cuz we managed to pop the cake up suddenly, but unsucessful cuz she suspected something when we insisted on taking a walk when she wanted to go home already. so yups. at least she was smiling and happy. and we all sat in a circle on the ground out of nowhere. everyone who walked past was staring it's rather funny. there was this guy who totally stood down there and stared. and so we asked him if he wanted a slice of cake. haha so funny.

and yea...we kinda rushed off at the end cuz everyone had to leave for home and it was getting late. so we forgot to take a picture!so silly!

i really hope we could have more of such gatherings cuz it's really fun. the next one wud be on 29 May (you know why it's sucha special day...if u dont...then forget it) i really hope ppl wud make it a point to come. but it's ok if u guys don't cuz i'm putting it as an I&E gathering and not a party. so no worries about presents and whatnots.

this might be the last time i'll be celebrating my birthday with crescentians. so hopefully it wud be a blast. i really hope it is. i don't want to be stressed up like the other times.

ok.it's really late and i need to catch up on beauty sleep. vivo tmr with pearlyn. can't wait to hit zara, mango, topshop etc etc. ((=
