my hope is in You. He takes us higher

i like this verse alot:
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -isaiah 40:31

v nice and meaningful verse don't you think so? one of the classics. but i still love it. (=

church today. i was so shocked when yuhan and shixin came up to give my this flower windmill thingy and wished me happy birthday. i really didn't expect it since the celebrating birthdays aren't a norm in church and we don't really do much on each other's birthday. and jiaying gave me a card with well-wishes from various sisters in christ. Thanks alot to everyone who remembered! really touched me alot. And i like what the card says! thanks a million million. ((= may we all grow in the Lord together.

and i'm looking forward to a great week ahead. (=

Worries seem to melt away and the sun seems to shine brighter through his words. He takes us higher.
